(2) Flush the lubricator with seawater mixed with a neutralizer. 

(3) Involved personnel should put on their SCBA. 

(4) Stay upwind.  

(5) Rig down 

(6) Check for H2S

(7) Remove mask upon confirmation by the supervisor that there is no H2S

It allows him to check for any migrated gas. The supervisor should be masking up and using a handheld gas detector.
